I grew up on a small island in Rhode Island, where a handshake was your word and bond. This foundation of trust shaped who I am today — values reflected in my maiden name, Belshaw, and our family motto "Loyal au mort."

My path was set early; having received a call to ministry before college, I chose Greensboro College specifically to begin that journey. After earning my Master of Divinity (MDiv), I spent years bridging the gap between corporate precision and Church Administration.
